A BUTCHER FOR A DAY

FIRST DAY

Arrival at the farmhouse accommodation in the afternoon, dinner and overnight stay.

SECOND DAY

After breakfast, a three-hour course with a master pork butcher in a laboratory,making PDO cured meats to take home vacuum-packed. A free afternoon to visit Piacenza, return to the farmhouse, dinner and overnight stay.

 

THIRD DAY

The following day, after breakfast, a guided tour of Gropparello castle, lunch in a trattoria. In the afternoon, a trip to Castell’Arquato.
